REVELACIÓN DE LA VERDAD

Cuando la mentira es verdad, tan solo "un botón es una muestra"; en Venezuela se llevó a cabo una constituyente para reformar, ampliar y mejorar los derechos y deberes de los trabajadores (2012), y se hizo énfasis en el aspecto sociológico de las leyes, no se puede negar los avances y diferencias con otras legislaciones laborales del mundo, a pesar de eso, y aunque fue fueron  presentados los artículos de la legislación laboral Homonatropica, o artículos labores verdes, (2009) estos no fueron tomados en cuenta, quizás sea por ignorancia, desconocimiento o que se patentiza la mentira relativa a la protección de la naturaleza tan vociferada en todo el mundo .
Estos artículos requieren ser revisados, discutidos y mejorados, para su adaptación y acoplamiento al hecho laboral; la razón de su creación se debe a que al partir del hecho de que nada de lo consumido ni usado por el ser humano tiene un origen distinto al de la naturaleza, entonces las industrias, de cualquier orden deben contemplar la protección de la naturaleza dentro del contexto de las leyes laborales como un principio ineludible.
